Chicken Fajita

Ingredients:

  • 2 x Chicken Breasts
  • Bell Pepper or Roquito Pepper
  • 3 x Fajita Wraps
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Grated Cheese (optional)

Recipe:

Defrost the chicken, if necessary. Chop up the chicken and pepper into bite sized chunks. Place all of these into a frying pan with some olive oil and start cooking.

Put the fajita wraps into the oven and set it at 80 degrees. This will warm up the wraps while the rest is cooked.

Watch the chicken cook. Don't stir it too much as the chicken will get too rough if you do. Now is the time to add your own spices. I recommend some ground black and red pepper and maybe a little paprika to spice things up. Try to find a good chicken spice mix that suits your taste.

Once everything is ready and delicious. Take each fajita wrap out of the oven, place a layer of lettuce down, fill it generously with the stir fry stuff and sprinkle with a layer of cheese. Once you have done this for all of the wraps then chuck them all back in the oven to warm up.

While it's in the oven, it's time to clean everything up.

Now take them out and enjoy.
