Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • Minced Beef
  • Bell Pepper or Roquito Pepper
  • Spaghetti
  • Bolognese sauce
  • Grated Cheese (optional)

Recipe:

Defrost the minced beef, if necessary. Dice the pepper and mix it with the minced beef. Place all of these into a frying pan with some olive oil and start cooking. You could also add some spices at this stage.

Add the spaghetti and a little bit of olive oil to a large pot. Then half fill with boiling water. Bring this to a simmer.

Watch the beef and spaghetti cook. Stir occassionally to get an even and gentle cook.

Once the beef is deliciously cooked, pour out any excess oil then generously add the Bolognese sauce into the frying pan. Let this sit for a while to soak in.

Once the spaghetti is cooked, use a sieve to pour out the boiling water.

Mix the beef with the spaghetti, sprinkle with some grated cheese and it's ready to eat.
